DRY FRUIT PARATHAS

INTRODUCTION:

INTRODUCTION  An  innovative paratha recipe  Dried fruit paratha is nothing but wheat roti stuffed with roasted along with powdered dried fruits These are  vitamin rich and heart friendly

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS Whole wheat flour Raisins Sugar   Chopped dry fruits   Oil for cooking   FOR DETAILS – CLICK HERE

METHOD:

METHOD Mix all the ingredients except the raisins and dry fruits with water and knead into         dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each of 6 portion  .Put a tablespoon of dry fruits  and a table spoon of sugar and  at the center of each circle. Bring the sides together and seal the edges tightly so that the dry fruits or sugar cannot come out Roll  them again into a circle. Cook on a tava (griddle) using butter till brown spots appear on both the sides. Apply  ghee and serve hot.
