INTRODUCTION Chocolate Mousse is of different types, Dark Chocolate.  The dark chocolate mousse is generally dark in colour. Chocolate Mousse is popular among the youths. INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS Chocolate. Cold heavy cream. Large egg whites. Sugar. Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish (optional). Shaved bittersweet chocolate, for garnish (optional). FOR MORE DETAILS – CLICK HERE

METHOD:

METHOD Place the chocolate in a large bowl and put it in a double boiler at low fume. Stir the chocolate gently until the chocolate is melted. Turn of the heat and let the chocolate to cool. Beat the cream over ice until it forms soft peaks.  At room temperature with a mixer lush egg to soft peaks.

Gradually add sugar in the mixture and continue whipping until the mixture becomes tough. Remove the chocolate from the pan of hot water and use a stick, fold in the egg whites all at once. When the egg whites are almost completely absorbed, put in the lashed cream. Now cover the mousse and put it in the refrigerator. Let the mousse refrigerate for approximately 1 hour or until it gets set. Serve in chalice topped with more whipped cream.
