FRENCH CHOCOLATE MOUSSE Delicious Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS Baking chocolate(semisweet) Unsalted softened butter Eggs Tartar cream Sugar Cold cream Vanilla For details – Click Here

METHOD:

METHOD Take a double boiler and melt the chocolate along with butter over moderate heat. Then Lush the egg whites until it becomes foamy  Then add tartar cream in the bowl and again start beating the mixture. After sometime add 1/4 cup sugar and beat the mixture until it becomes foamy. Now stir the heavy cream in a bowl until it becomes tough. When the cream becomes foamy add 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla into it. Then, continue beating the cream mixture until it becomes stiff and foamy.

Fold the egg whites in the chocolat mixture gently. The chocolate mixture than becomes light.  Now, turn in the whipped cream. Put the mousse in different individual glass or bowl. Put the mousse glass in fridge and let it fridge for approx 3 hours. The french chocolate mousse is now ready to serve.
