INTRODUCTION:

INTRODUCTION Chocolate fudges recipe is quite simple because it does not requires special equipment and any expensive ingredient. It just need sugar, cocoa powder, milk, salt, butter and vanilla. This Chocolate fudge is not creamy and smooth instead it is dense and it melts when put in mouth.

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS 2 cups white sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup of whole milk 2 tablespoons butter ( plus more for greasing the dish) 2 teaspoons vanilla See also: TOASTED COCONUT TRUFFLE RECIPE

EQUIPMENTS:

EQUIPMENTS Measuring cups and spoons Thick-bottomed sauce pan Whisk Heat-proof spatula Wooden spoon Pyrex pie plate or dish See also: CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE RECIPE

INSTRUCTIONS:

INSTRUCTIONS Take the sugar, cocoa and salt in the sauce pan in a proper quantity . Add the milk and whisk until it is properly mixed. If there are few lumps don’t worry about it they will disappear during heat . 2. Heat the mixture over medium-low flame. Keep stirring with the spatula but not too often as it will make your fudge grainy. 3. At the same time when fudge is cooking, butter the pan and fill a glass or Jar with ice and water and set it next to the stove. Fill your sink with several inches of cold water . 4. After 10 minutes of boiling start checking the fudge. If you have thermometer check your fudge by it. If it shows 235 °F fudge is ready. 5. When the fudge become ready then turn off the heat and gently stir it in vanilla and butter. Place the pan of fudge in the sink of cold water. 6. Pour the fudge into prepared pan and allow it to become cool before you cut it. I think 30 minutes is enough for this. 7. You can now cut the fudge with a thin-bladed sharp. Now chocolate fudge is ready to be served.
