County Chamber of Commerce This concept was built off the need of an organization willing and able to help its members learn and grow. To date, no city chambers have offered anything other then a multitude of solicitations for the chamber or other paid venues in the vain hope of growing business. C3 is different in a fundamental way. We are about our members and their success is ours. We will not fail at helping, because any organization who truly wishes to help can without effort. Add into the equation what C3 offers to its membership and it is apparent that C3 should be the only Chamber Membership that you need!

Advertising Space Advertising space is a necessity for all businesses. However, the expense is not always equal. There are papers, magazines, and even direct marketing each business can choose from. Which one is right? The short answer is, Yes. They are all right, but they are not all right all the time. C3 has provided an alternative to the cost of advertising, and ,in connection with another business venture, is going to provide Mobile Advertising free to our members. The cost of membership will equate to an almost dollar per dollar investment. This will show each member that C3 is not only vested in your business, but will show it from day one! *All member ads will start running within 90 days of membership unless otherwise informed.

Web Presence In today’s market a website is a must, but Search Engine Optimization is how we are seen. Whether you are a small or large company, selling locally or internationally, your website needs to be seen. C3 will provide multiple pages where your information can be read or searched for. These representations will allow your user base to grow without anymore investment. The membership package begins with Mobile Advertising and grows from there. C3 will also ensure connectivity through a link exchange. This allows both organizations to immediately check for updates on either site. Into the future C3 will also be creating other imaginative and adventurous sites where member information will be best suited for. These sites will only add to the current value of being a member of C3.

Feature Opportunities On any website there are updates posted, but not all of them are posted in a manner that everyone can see. C3 will feature a business per week on the home page along with providing a separate page for the featuree . This type of exposure will help each business owner to not only plug their business but to also help those in their circle of friends, or other local business owners. The feature will be written by the owner and than edited by C3 Staff to ensure an honest view. However, it is the job of C3 to provide the best light possible for their membership. By being drawn for a feature it becomes a collaborative effort to provide support by both C3 and the individual business/owner.

Networking Events Business to Business Networking is a great way to bounce ideas, or to gain new friends. However, very little business ever comes from such an event. It is often in the weeks to months down the road that a single conversation turns into a revenue stream. C3 believes that creating friends inside and outside of the membership is a great way to not only stay on top of your industry, but also learn from those who have been in business for many years. It is often the ones that have been around the longest that can steer a new business away from many pitfalls! However, someone in the technology field can help bring a 50 year old company into the 21 st century as well.

Social Events Chambers provide events for members to provide their location, food, or drinks, but never consider the community. In order to network inside the chamber is nice, but the majority of revenue to each business is from the general public. C3 will provide such events as an Easter Egg Hunt, or 4 th of July gathering, where the general public is invited. The fees for such events will fall on C3 and all supporting businesses. The support does not always have to be financial, because it takes a lot of people to provide a good time. It takes promotional products, and media outlets to get the word out. These events will be based on connecting with the community!

Collaboration Efforts Many businesses operate as a sole entity. However, this mentality is mostly limited to the new owners. Those that have been in business for many years often see alliances which form over night or throughout years in business. These alliances, or friendships, can help each business beyond what either party could imagine. C3 will bring businesses together that are either in a similar location or ones that complement each other in hopes of expanding business for all who participate. C3 might also see avenues where C3 can partner with other local organizations to better expand or support our members. These efforts will certainly show the work behind C3, but not in how it is perceived; it will be seen through each business’s quarterly revenues!

Promotional Material Every business purchases and provides some sort of promotional material. However, this material can possibly be purchased either at a reduced rate, through other members, or through other businesses who have been found to have the best prices. C3 will bring each member together with members first in order to keep revenue locally, but will not hesitate to offer suggestions if pricing is that much better out of the area. C3 will also be providing promotional material to each member throughout the calendar year of their membership. This material will be provided at no charge to the member and may contain C3 information. In order for us all to grow and excel we have to be willing to help each other along the way.

Membership Cost Many chambers offer a small entry fee and then bombard members for either support, time, or money during their year of membership. C3 is different in many ways, but mainly in focus and direction. Our job is to support our members in any legal means to progress their business. Cost of 1 yr Membership : $425 + $50 in Business C oupons In return you will receive Mobile Advertising ( an estimated cost of 16 hours : $480-500) **Business Coupons will be provided to interested in parties of a busineses service. A fast food restaurant might provide 20 x $5 coupons, but be able to sell even more when a patron visits.**

Conclusion C3 is the answer to many questions, but only one that you will have to answer now. Are you happy with the organizations that you pay hundreds of hard earned money on? We never were! We thought that City Chambers were there to help, but never received one second worth of attention after signing the membership documents. Over the years we have seen the lies that City Chambers spout and it is time that a honest and true organization actively supports our local businesses! C3 is the only answer!
