cosmetic surgery procedure. Have a water bottle with you to ensure
you’re consuming enough water. Water flushes toxins from the body

for example berries watermelon lettuce and tomatoes.

basis for two days following the surgery. Your doctor will tell you
when you can stop wearing the compression garment.
