Health Care & Rehabilitation Services (CRT):

Health Care & Rehabilitation Services (CRT) Community Rehabilitation Services (CRT) This is a program working with adults who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness and are currently working on their own recovery. Our program provides clients with pre-employment training, ongoing support from a Vocational Specialist, training for your staff on specific mental illness issues, benefits counseling, employer support, and job matching services. Our clients are capable, hard-working, educated adults who recognize the value of employment in their recovery process.

Health Care & Rehabilitation Services (DS):

This program provides skilled employment training specialists to work one-on-one with the client until they are able to perform comfortably and to the employers standards on their own which frees the employer to concentrate on other tasks. We also provide ongoing employer support as long as the employee remains a client of ours.

Vermont Association of Business, Industry, and Rehabilitation:

Our program teaches vocational skills to empower clients in their goal of self-sufficiency and uncovering their skills and talents. We assist employers by prescreening clients, preparing clients for the workforce, offering employers various incentives on a financial level, and being a support/mediator/educator for the employer and their staff. Our goal is to assist clients in reaching their full potential, recognizing their abilities, and assisting employers in staffing their organization with skilled and reliable people who truly want to work.

Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation:

Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation VocRehab works with clients who have been displaced in the workforce due to disability but do not necessarily “fit” in a specific program. VocRehab also provides financial support to clients from the majority of the other supported employment programs throughout the area.
