Slide 4:Rochester, New York in 2014.       [see the XRX Tower, the largest sponsor of sustainability].   Collaboration and hundreds of millions of dollars are needed. In order for this to be reality, an environmental review, further research study and task force are needed.   Target market are 18-24 year olds with college educations. Opportunity for a new curriculum in sustainability is ripe. Xerox 2008 Sustainability review mentions zero tolerance for workplace injury. A new sustainable educational opportunity?

Sustainability depends on Feasability :Sustainability depends on Feasability A game changing marketing plan toward job creation for young people is needed.   The objective will support the detailed planning and reduce the research time.   * Be careful how you use     your time and discharge       your energy. Feasability = Viability   In order to form a framework,   a feasability study is required.   Once feasability is measured, you need usability.   It helps accessibility.   Then you must deal with affordability.

Companies are adopting the trend in health insurance benefits and sustainability. There is no domestic health insurance program in preventative sustainability. 50,000,000 uninsured. This is why we are unsustainable.


Usability.Gov :Usability.Gov * Value a product as    much as you use it.   Usability measures quality of a user's experience when interacting with a product or system - a web site, a software application, mobile technology, or any user-operated device. User-centered design (UCD) is an approach for employing usability.   In general, usability refers to how well users can learn and use a product to achieve their goals and how satisfied they are with that process.


Slide 14:To raise awareness and promote public safety. Municipal sustainability is ongoing. Do the Write Thing Contest TM is a crime prevention/fighting tool. Purpose: to segment students according to their geodemographic, culture, lifestyle and expectations.


New Framework needed :New Framework needed Proposal for Sustainability Certificate’s viability lies in the inherent nature of student needs. Rationale: To teach to become better college students by promoting a new Sustainability Certificate through a Marketing Plan Competition - Sustain the Brains. STB seeks the top 1% of college students. Just like Abraham Maslow tried.


Slide 16:We should teach people to transcend their cultural conditioning and become world citizens. We should help people discover their vocation in life, their calling, fate or destiny. This is especially focused on finding the right career and the right mate. Sustainability must teach this. We should teach people that controls are good, and complete abandon is bad. It takes control to improve the quality of life in all areas. We must teach people to be good choosers. They must be given practice making good choices.

In Japan, a collectivistic culture, when a Nippon Airlines jet crashed, the CEO went to every single family’s house, expressed his sorrow, issued a check to the family and immediately resigned from the company. A country's economic structure shapes its population's needs and, therefore, the marketing opportunities it offers. If STB says “In the classroom, they teach class, we teach how to learn”, learning would be the core benefit.

Using the Elaboration Likely hood Model states high involvement messages have greater personal relevance/consequences relate to the individualistic culture of America. Will people listen to the message? If there you use corporate image advertising and advertising specialties [pens, towels], the adertisment will be absorbed.


Slide 20:Maslow believes the only reason people would not move well in direction of self-actualization is because of hindrances placed by society. He states education is the hindrance. He recommends ways education can switch from its usual person-stunting tactics to person-growing approaches. Maslow states that educators should respond to the potential an individual has for growing into a self-actualizing person of his/her own kind.


Slide 21:The Sustainability Certifercate's captive product concept.   The student needs to practice sustainability. We propose a public service announcement, uniform policy and mandatory pledge of allegiance to the flag every new school day.   What would it be worth to you, the business owner, if you could predict the buying trends over the next few weeks? By using the principles of the Maslow hierarchy of needs, you can use the news to predict what your customers will be buying in the future.

A prerequisite for Sustainability? How will it be taught? Will it be marketed to a specific gender, age, race or demographic? A strong focus on quality of services must be met in order to be successful. Sustain the Brains is a utility to increase student awareness of the changing marketing environments. STB seeks to build brand personality among students.
