Dental hygiene Neglecting to take care of your mouth, theet and gums will cause gum disease like gingivitis and periodontitis, dental problems and bad breath. Having bad breath is embarrassing and offensive.

Some of the causes of bad breath are ... Food trapped in cavities. The food you eat. Garlic and onion are two of the usual contributors. Tobacco and beer. Plague deposits. Gum disease.

How to maintain fresh breath all day.: 

How to maintain fresh breath all day. Brush your teeth at least three times a day especially after eating & going to sleep.Use toothpaste with green tea extract because the propertis in green tea will help prevent bacterial enzym from turning sugar into a sticky substance that allows plagu to stick to teeth. Floss to remove food that gets stuck in between your teeth and decay.No matter how much you brusch, you will not remove everything. Gargle or rinse with water when it is inconvenient to brush after your meals or use mouthwash. Chew sugarless gum or suck sugarless mint tostimulate saliva production from a dry mouth. Avoid tobacco, beer and strong odors of food like garlic & onions. Visit the dentist regularly.

Soak your fet in kosher salt solution. Use antiperspirant or foot deodorant. Use clean & comfortable socks.Change them daily. Take care of your feet & your shoes.Choose the right shoes.Wash and air them.Sprinkle your shoes to absorb moisture. Switch to wearing open toed sandals or thongs especially in public showers.

Hair care Wash your hair regularly.You need to wash them after spending long hours outdoors.This is beacause your hair collects dust & pollens.You need to wash away the chlorine after swimming. Shampooing helps get rid of dandruff that is caused by dead skin cells. Take a shower after exercise that makes your perspire.

Hand hygiene You use your fingers & your hands in almost all of your activities. Washing your hands especially after using the toilet is a must personal hygiene habit to keep. Washing your hands throughly and drying afterwards help remove germs.This is a habit that you must practice after you expose your hands to toucging your pets,preparing food and many other daily & routine activities.Remember to trim your finger & toe nails.

If you smoke,choose to do it outside to allow clean air in your home. Go outdoos & get fresh air.It is also a way to relax your mind from your daily stress. Wash your furry pet regularly. Choose your food wisely.Ensure that you don’t consume food that is contaminated. Cover any cuts on your skin after cleaning them. Take care of your skin.Cleanse your face & supply moisturizer to your skin including your arms and legs to avoid dryness and scakes. Change your tampons or sanitry pads regularly during your menstruation. Practice safe,healthy and clean lifestyle.
