Introduction of Students and Teacher: Introduction of Students and Teacher The teacher will introduce himself to the class. The students will introduce themselves.
Classroom expectations: Classroom expectations The teacher will introduce three classroom rules. As an icebreaker, the teacher will allow students to brainstorm quietly for five minutes to add two rules to the current set . There will be a vote to see which two rules will be added to the current set.
Classroom procedures: Classroom procedures Discuss restroom policy. Entering and exiting the classroom. Lining up. Walking in line in the hall. Sitting and listening in the class. Raising the hand.
LUNCHROOM PROCEDURES: LUNCHROOM PROCEDURES Enter the cafeteria quietly. No talking while in lunch line. Say “thank you” to cafeteria workers. Use inside voice during lunch. Exit quietly.
RESTROOM PROCEDURES: RESTROOM PROCEDURES Students will line up in the hall. Three boys and three girls at a time. No talking or playing. Get water from fountain if needed
Just in case of an emergency: Just in case of an emergency Review fire and/or disaster drills. Review how to enter and exit. Display and post map for all to see.
