Fat burning life style is just exactly what it means, an absolute change in your life. You have learned to eat fat burning foods that are healthy and nutritious. You have increased your metabolism to the point you are not gaining fat any longer. You have developed great workout routine that will sustain your life.:

You have learned to eat fat burning foods that are nutritious for you, don’t stop there. Keep eating those foods. Remember when you were fat, and all you did was eat foods that were full of fats, and carbohydrates, they were going to kill you. Yah know, once you have found something that works why stop? I can’t see any reason to stop eating what is good for you. You have developed a fat burning life style that will keep you around for a long lean time.:
