TERMS & DEFINITIONS Signage Architect (SA)| Responsible for developing interactive and non-interactive signage/media. Information Technology Installation Manager (ITIM)| Responsible for the technical coordination, installation of the hardware and network logistics. Digital Signs/Signage/Build| This is the product that you have requested FWi to create/build. The two types of digital signs is interactive (touch) and non-interactive (non-touch). Content Manager| This is a powerful application you will use to build and deploy your digital signs. With a drag and drop interface, built-in layout editor and multiple deployment methods, Content Manager is an intuitive system that allows you to leverage the content that you currently have to quickly get your digital signs up and running.  Content Player| This is installed on the PCs that power your digital signs. Once your signs are deployed, Content Player displays your finished content and manages the overall experience for a reliable, high-performance system. While in operation, issues and statistics are logged and reported back to Content Manager.  Network Diagram| This is a technical layout or blueprint of your digital sign system. NowMicro DMP900| This is a powerful ultra-small-form-factor (6”x6”x2”) PC unit that FWi utilizes to run the digital sign. 4 Port Audio / Video Splitter| This hardware allows FWi to utilize one PC to provide display Video/Audio for up to four displays. Wireless Card| This allows network/internet access without the use of cables/hardwired. Cat5 to VGA extender/receiver | This allows FWi to display Video through Cat5 wiring. Your Four Winds Interactive ITIM will create a network diagram that is reflective of your digital sign system requirements (will be provided to you after the IT Readiness call). This network diagram will show the following: Servers Switches Cat5 to VGA transmitter/receivers Content Manager PCs Content Player PCs Displays Connectivity (by type) NETWORK DIAGRAM Confidential - Not for Distribution Example:

Slide 11:

There are certain requirements that must be addressed prior to the installation of the digital signage. The list below are the primary checklist items you must validate (a full pre-install checklist will be provided to you after the IT Readiness call): Validate Power Source for Digital Signs. Validate Network Configuration and Connectivity. Validate Display Mounting. Validate Server and PC Installation. Validate Cabling/Wiring. PRE-INSTALL CHECKLIST Confidential - Not for Distribution

Slide 12:

The project schedule can be influenced by several factors. Each milestone/task that is not completed by the specified date can equate to a delay in the overall installation/launch of this project. PROJECT SCHEDULE Confidential - Not for Distribution

Slide 13:

Most implementations/installations are subject to change during the course of the project. If there is a required change that is outside the initial project scope we will need to use a Change Order Request (PCR). A PCR can be initiated by either party’s PM and is approved upon the mutual agreement of both party’s PMs. Project Scope Project Schedule Project Cost CHANGE ORDERS Confidential - Not for Distribution

We will issue license keys once payment on the software is received. You should be receiving an invoice for this shortly to process your payment. It is recommended you never load license keys to a machine that will not be a permanent manager or player.
