Ross demonstrated that malaria was due to anopheles. Quarantine ,water purification,pasturisation of milk, proper disposal of swage, development of laboratories. Preventive Medicine : Preventive Medicine Is applied to “ healthy people” customarily by actions affecting large numbers of populations Its primary objective is prevention of disease and promotion of health. Decline in morbidity and mortality of following diseases, diphtheria, tetanus, typhoid, polio,..... Field of nutrition, IDD, nutritional blindness, anaemia. Discovery of insecticides is also great achievement to control vector born disease like malaria, plague, dengue Cont.... : Cont....
