Procedures Cleaning & personal hygiene Safety precautions – eating / smoking Safe waste disposal Continuous monitoring of test quality EXTERNAL – (External Quality assessment) / EQAS Outside laboratory / institution Good Lab Practices : Good Lab Practices Proper collection of Samples Appropriate identification of samples Prompt transportation to lab at appropriate temp Collection and storage under condition preventing deterioration before testing Accurate performance of test Release of result after proper scrutiny Delivery to correct user Cordial relationship with user External Quality assessment (EQA) : External Quality assessment (EQA) It is as assessment of performance.
