Key Issue In Past process of blood screening is not mandatory and most medical set ups don’t have screening machines available for this purpose. Although the government has provided such machines to a number of organizations . Voluntary blood donation is scarce. People donate blood for their own family members and friends, Apart from HIV, other viruses like HBV and HCV are also transferred via blood and that makes this problem even more pressing.
