Positive Mental Attitude:

Positive Mental Attitude Try to stop using negative statements and images concerning your study and experience with math. Focus on your small achievements and build on them one step at a time. We tend to grow into who we tell ourselves we are. Keep your inner dialog positive.

Slide 5:

Practice using a command thought such as “ Stop ” to interrupt a negative inner dialog. Coping Skills Replace negative inner dialog with realistic positive thoughts.
