( ID , driving license , own pictures , fingerprint ) . What are the positions elected in the voting process? Let's say a mayor and two local councilors. So there are three positions elected in the voting process. Once inside the AVM voting booth the voter chooses three peoples from 1000 inhabitants with voting rights ( the database have the data about them ) . One of the three positions elected can be the voter himself . . After the voting period the results will be cumulated and the results will be listed like in the following list .

During this period, the candidates are promoted on TV, radio, press and campaign posters. The choice for the local candidates is in the second week . AVM builds the database for this application and the voters vote on it . 3. The general election campaign period is in the third week . During this period, the candidates are promoted on TV, radio, press and campaign posters. The choice for the general candidates is in the fourth week . AVM builds the database for this application and the voters vote on it .

The choice for the european candidates is in the sixth week . AVM builds the database for this application and the voters vote on it . 7. The president election campaign period is in the seventh week . During this period, the candidates are promoted on TV, radio, press and campaign posters. 8. The choice for the president is in the eighth week . AVM builds the database for this application and the voters vote on it . The number of the candidates are equal with the number of the voters . Obviously higher chances of winning are those who belong to political parties or those who are promoted in the media more. But all the voters are the candidates too! Each voter ( voting or not ) which is in the election databases has 4 chances to be elected .

AVM builds and loads in the AVM voting booths and AVM collection centers four kinds of databases : National (only one) , Regionals ( 2 kinds = National MPs and Euro MPs ) (The number of databases depend on the country's division into regions ) and Locals ( The number of databases depend on the number of existing settlements in that country ) . The National database is to elect the President. The Regional databases are designed to elect the euro - MPs. Also they are built to elect the national MPs. The local databases are attached to localities. The local databases are built to elect the mayors and the local councilors. Obviously the number of voters in a national database should be equal to the number of voters from all regional databases. Also the number of voters in a national database should be equal to the number of voters from all local databases.

She takes the place to Astafei Slabu because she is the next ranked at level 1 of elections .

The 333 MPs have been elected for all region of the country . Some of them belong to political parties. Some are independents. The party with the most MPs begins negotiations with other parties or independent MPs to form the parliamentary majority. The vote in PARLIAMENT is given if the election program is approved .
