Wahlberg and White spent 2 days in Afghanistan, visiting military personnel stationed there during this Christmas week and for the holidays. "Watching Mark interact with the troops was really something special," said Bill White, retired President of Intrepid and Chairman and CEO of Constellations Group, who accompanied Wahlberg on the trip graciously sponsored by the USO. "You could see how much the young men and women appreciated his visit and generosity. It is really great to see someone of Mark's stature make such a commitment to our troops, especially around the holidays." Wahlberg, along with Intrepid Trustee Georgette Mosbacher, CEO of Borghese Cosmetics, donated more than 2,000 $15 iTunes gift cards to the troops during the visit.
