I even felt like the umbilical cord had just been cut for good as my airplane took off, flying farther and farther from my family, my friends and my different social and religious groups. Slide 2: Provisionally, I lost my way, as the captain of the boat in the storm. Slide 3: In the transforming of life, people will always find out a new direction for the future. I’m in the process of pursuit and I have a dream that the life will be fabulous someday. Slide 4: When you are on an American railroad today, do you ever think about who built it? Slide 5: The incarceration of my grandfather brought darkness over my family, and the deleterious effect, was unforgettable. I may be a one of lost generation, but I believe I have not lost anything. Slide 12: The first case of SARS was detected in my province, in which my family and I were living in November, 2002. For me, SARS came to be a war which caused me to feel much fear and anxiety and disturbed my family’s daily life. Slide 13: As you can see, the war has already changed my uncle’s whole life and his future. Every country all has their own histories and events, and these events may be good or may be bad. They brought to us love and hatred. If you give me a chance to chose which one I prefer it, to be sure I hope it could be love. You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
