13 Your Health Care Benefit Changes What to do next Signing up for medical or dependent care FSA Anyone who wants to participate for 2010 MUST complete an application indicating which plan and how much they want to contribute. Please turn these forms in to Amy Pearce by November 15th. If you have not spent all your 2009 FSA money you have until December 31st to buy qualified items. Expenses should be turned in by January 15th, 2010
