What he did after the Resurrection: He became a believer in Christ during a trip to Damascus in Acts 9:6-25. Paul was the greatest missionary of early times. He establishes the foundation of the church. He writes 13 letters of instruction to the early churches. We now call this letters as part of the New Testament Bible

Death of Paul :

Death of Paul All tradition tells us Paul died by beheading during the persecution of Nero between AD 64-67. Peter of Alexandria in AD 310 wrote, “ The renowned Paul, having been oftentimes delivered up and brought in peril of death . . . was also himself beheaded in the same city [Rome]. Lactantius wrote in AD 320, “It was Nero who first persecuted the servants of God. He crucified Peter and slew Paul.”

Quotes by early leaders of the church about Paul :

Quotes by early leaders of the church about Paul Paul may be only recent in time – having flourished immediately after the Lord’s ascension. Nevertheless, his writings depend on the Old Testament, breathing and speaking of them. – Clement of Alexandria (AD 195) Paul was, after Jesus, the founder of the churches that are in Christ. Origen (AD 248) Paul made four missionary journeys. After his journeys, he spent much of his later years in prison for his faith.
