Join a sorority or fraternity. Just like what you usually see on TV and movies, parties from these organizations are nothing short of fun. Best, you really don’t have to spend a lot since there are many heads to contribute for the party expenses. Also, sororities and fraternities come very useful once you need connections after graduation. School festivities. Colleges and universities each have their own annual festivities that are replete with concerts, free food and drinks, parlor games, exhibitions from various clubs, and so much more. These activities are announced at the beginning of the school year so be sure to mark your calendar.
Slide 4:
Book clubs. Join your school or local book club for book readings. Some local bookshops also hold reading and signature sessions with touring authors. If you are a book fiend, these groups would be a great source of free and educational entertainment for you. You can also swap or purchase discounted books from these networks of book lovers. Free movies. If you love past and classic films, no need to spend $10 at an online movie website. Simply head out to the local or school library; borrow from their extensive collection of DVDs. Invite friends and have a DVD marathon of worthwhile classics. Don’t forget to prepare some chips, popcorn, beer, and sodas.
Slide 5:
Support your school teams. If you are into sports or simply want to be one with the school spirit, watch your school team play against rival schools. Be it basketball, football, baseball, or hockey, it would be fun to be cheering with your fellow students, enjoying hotdogs and drinks at the bleachers with your friends, and simply be updated with your school’s athletic happenings. Being a student and having no best personal loans to rely on should not stop you from having good fun. Forget the small personal loans and make use of free entertainment scattered around the campus. Be sure to keep the frugal entertainment tips above.
