Self-Assessment :Self-Assessment Ask your director or fellow board members for feedback. Use individual and board self-assessment tools annually. Take the online survey When you reach the summary page, click on “Show replies,” in the first box, find your name and click “Find.” Print your results page or make note of the top 3 areas of need.
