Bad Microsoft What to do? Click to play 4 solutions : 4 solutions They are: Don’t save slide timings Record narration slide-by-slide Record narration in a program like GarageBand and insert the sound file Record narration in PowerPoint on a PC Try your solution using about 5 test slides Use copies of your presentation Click to play Solution 1: Don’t save slide timings : Solution 1: Don’t save slide timings When you are done recording, say “No” instead of “Yes” for saving slide timings May work for some users, but not all Click to play Solution 2: Record narration slide-by-slide : Solution 2: Record narration slide-by-slide Use the “Insert” menu Go to “Sound and Music” (Office 2008); “Movies and Sound” (Office 2004) Select “Record Sound…” Click the “Record” button to record. When you are done, click the “Stop” button then save your recordings.
