My… Asea Pay Plan I’m not the brightest bulb in the rack when it comes to understanding a pay plan… so I’ve made a powerpoint presentation to same paper and so I can review it. Hopefully this will help you in understanding the Asea pay plan and connecting all the dots. NOTE… this is NOT a company presentation! This is only my personal assessment of their pay plan. The great thing about Asea’s pay plan is that we are developing a weekly pay plan not a monthly plan. .. Exciting! For the bottom line guys… the next 2 slides are for those who only want to know what they have to do to get free product.

How many people per rank? This is hard to tell with being paid every week. You will need to have enough people to hit your volume requirements every week so you hope your autoships are spaced out properly…. How?? Good question! If you have every person in your group on a $100PV a month you would need the following number of people to make volume requirements. Director 300 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 24 people 12 each side Director 700 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 56 people 28 each side Bronze 2,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 160 people 80 each side Silver 3,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 240 people 120 each side Gold 5,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 400 people 200 each side Platinum 10,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 800 people 400 each side Diamond 15,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 1200 people 600 each side Double D 20,000 week – x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 1600 people 800 each side Triple D 25,000 week - x 4 weeks x 2 sides = 2000 people 1000 each side This is in a perfect world… so you should probably add 50% to be realistic…?
