Premium member Presentation Transcript Welcome to the 5th grade : Welcome to the 5th grade Teacher: Ms. Keys Subject: Math Date: August 15, 2011 1 : 1 Sharpen your pencil before the tardy bell rings 2 : 2 Place all supplies on your desk and be ready to begin class when the tardy bell rings. 3 : 3 Have all homework ready to be turned in as the roll is being taken by the teacher. 4 : 4 Remain in your seats until the teacher dismisses the class or gives you permission to do otherwise. 5 : 5 All notes that requires parents signatures should be handed to the teacher before entering class. 6 : 6 Restroom breaks will be taken and all students should complete those duties at that time. 7 : 7 If you are not feeling well raise your hand to try and get the teachers attention to be dismissed. 8. : 8. Keep all trash at your seat until a bathroom break, lunch, or until the end of class. 9 : 9 Raise your hand to be recognized. 10 : 10 Each student will be assigned a book at the beginning of the school yea and that same book will be expected from the students at the end of the academic year. 11 : 11 Make sure your desk and surrounding area is clean before you leave class everyday.
