WHAT IS STOCK EXCHANGE Stock exchange is that place where trading of shares is done in terms of sale and purchase.

SCOPE OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE:

Stocks are extremely sensitive to the different ups and downs of the market over the short-term. Since market conditions are changed with respect to any change in inflation or interest rates, this may have an impact on the value of the stocks you hold. Other factors that influence the performance of the market are different events happening both on domestic and foreign arenas. SCOPE OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE

OBJECTIVE OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE :

Funding to companies listed on that stock exchange. Companies float their IPOs on exchange and in return give buyers right of ownership and annual dividends(sometimes twice a year). Companies sell their right of ownership to traders/investors/FIIs etc and in return generates capital for their companies. Stock Exchanges also attract lots of FIIs which is good for country economy. METHODOLOGY OF STOCK EXCHANGE:

Stock traders/investors usually need a stock broker such as a bank or a brokerage firm to access the stock market. Since the advent of Internet banking, an Internet connection is commonly used to manage positions. Using the Internet, specialized software, and a personal computer, stock traders/investors make use of technical and fundamental analysis to help them in making decisions. PROBLEM STATEMENT OF STOCK EXCHANGE:

The stock exchange market has been one of the most popular investments in the recent past due to its high returns. The market has become an integral part of the global economy to the extent that any fluctuation in this market influences personal and corporate financial lives and the economic health of a country. The daily behavior of the market prices revealed that the future stock prices cannot be predicted based on past movements. PROBLEM STATEMENT OF STOCK EXCHANGE
