But is it a myth Or is it true How can 3D architecture be environment friendly Let’s take a look. Three dimensional printing is also known as additive method. Generally plastic or metal are fused together. They come out layer by layer from the printer and the whole process goes as per the direction of the computer. But 3D architecture is not necessarily waste free. It utilizes plastic to create more sustainable architecture. It is a growing concern of the world as America only is generating more than 300 million ton plastics every year. Only 6 of this huge amount of wastes gets recycled.
