Myths about alcohol : 

Alcohol stimulates a person to become livelier. People who become aggressive and violent after alcohol use cannot control their behaviour because it is caused by alcohol’s action on the brain. Alcohol helps people forget their problems. Alcohol is a good way to cope up with cold weather. Beer is not “hard liquor”, so it can be consumed safely. “If your friends are drinking, you have to drink to have a good time with them”. Myths about alcohol

Practice ways of saying ‘No’ to alcohol. : 

It is necessary to develop very clear “Do’s and Don’ts” related to alcohol and to follow them. Need to think and take decisions beforehand to keep away from drinking. Realise that there can be "have fun" without consuming alcohol Communication skills to convince friends that it is not necessary for anybody to drink alcohol or take other substances.
