Illumination is generated in circadian algorithm Light wavelength is between 500 nm (blue light) and 300 nm (UV light), (day 4 Lux, night 0,4 Lux) Recirculate rate: 0,1 to 4 vol. of tank (adaptive)

Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 Zeolites is volcanic ash that reached the ocean floor several hundred million years ago. Zeolites formatted with NaCl have a high affinity for ammonium. Zeolites, for pollutants items are perfect trap. Zeolites are a powerful magnet for heavy metals. Zeolites are 100% natural called Clinoptilolite.

Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 Zeolites are molecular sieves which allow passage of water molecules and block or any other large molecules from carbon dioxide and ending with heavy metals or radioactive compounds. Zeolites block in their structure 99.99% pesticides and insecticides used in the agriculture. Once ammonia is locked in the structure of zeolites, the growth water of the fish is good and does not lead to accumulation of dangerous nitrogen. Because we do not want nitrites or nitrates present in the growth system, we will remove ammonia and the nitrification process will block. !

Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 Typical nitrifying bacteria, which in the presence of DO converts (oxidizes) ammonia to the intermediate form of nitrite and then to nitrate. Nitrite is more toxic to fish than ammonia, however, nitrate is relatively nontoxic for fish, but is extremely toxic for environments. ZEOLITES PROTECT THE FISH, ENVIROMENT AND HUMAN

Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 Electrochemical regeneration of zeolites With NaCl as a supporting electrolyte, the conversion rate of ammonia adsorbed by the zeolites directly in to nitrogen gas is more than 99%. The regeneration solution can be repeatedly reused over a long period of time with 1,5.0 g/L NaCl added to the regeneration solution, saving water resources. 1.4 g NaCl / 1g of NH4 removed

Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 Conclusion - The system converts ammonia directly to the benign N 2(g)  in one oxidation step. - Nitrite and nitrate concentrations recorded in the pond water were very low (<0.01 mg of N / L). -The process was shown feasible from both the operational and economic points of view. Pilot Project Caviar Farm 2.0 After chemical ions change reactions result in system, Chlorine - Toxic to fish at > 0.03 ppm. Before reintroducing the zeolites filter in the water recirculation system, the system removes all traces of chlorine using sodium thiosulfate and activated charcoal filter. -The system continuously monitors water quality. - Microbial matter is destroyed due to high pH changes.

Summary:

Summary The next project will be totally independent of energy because it will be operated with photovoltaic elements. Finally we end up with the same water, only minus the ammonium and the ammonia. The fish are happy! Mission accomplished successfully.
