May 27, 2009 My Story : 2 My Story There I was, coming home from work on what I thought was a normal day. I turned into my driveway, and to my shock and horror, I found… Slide 3: 3 I had been attacked by a flock of pink Girl Scout Flamingos!! Slide 4: 4 They were everywhere. No matter where I turned, I seemed to be surrounded… Slide 5: 5 I sneaked into the house as quietly as I could. I didn’t know if they were dangerous, hostile, or just pink. But I soon found out… Slide 6: 6 At first they seemed content to lounge in the front yard. But all of a sudden, they marched up the front walk and demanded entrance to the house. Slide 7: 7 I had to let them in. What could I do? I was outnumbered. Slide 8: 8 The first thing they did was raid the refrigerator. They were ravenous. You’d think these guys had never eaten in their whole lives!! Slide 9: 9 Then they piled into the living room to check out the big screen TV. They must not have cable where they live… Slide 10: 10 They seemed to like the Pink Panther movies for some reason… Slide 11: 11 Then they headed out to the patio to relax and enjoy a beverage. Slide 12: 12 These birds really partied!! Slide 13: 13 Then they all jumped into the hot tub, and started splashing around wildly. Slide 14: 14 Things were starting to get out of hand… Slide 15: 15 They hopped into my car and demanded the keys so they could go for a joyride. But I put my foot down. I wasn’t sure any of these pelicans even had a license! Slide 16: 16 Finally, I had had enough. I put them all behind bars until they could learn to behave. Slide 17: 17 Where did they come from? How did they get here? Surely it wasn’t just a random attack. Someone must have put them up to it. But who? Slide 18: 18 The hidden surveillance camera reveals the answer… Slide 19: 19 Caught red (or pink)-handed! Citizens Beware! : 20 Citizens Beware! I survived the attack of the Flamingo Flock with damage only to my refrigerator, my dignity and my wallet. But the next person might not be so lucky. We must be vigilant against the Killer Flamingos! YOU might be next…. You do not have the permission to view this presentation. In order to view it, please contact the author of the presentation.
