HP Care Pack Services 6 hour Call To Repair - HP ensures replacement parts are stocked at an HP depot local to customer and unit is back up and running within 6 hours of initial call.
24 hour Call to Repair - HP ensures replacement parts are stocked at a local HP depot for customer and unit is back up and running within 24 hours of initial call.
4 hour response (24X7) - HP response within 4 hours upon completion of troubleshooting call. 24X7. Includes weekends and holidays.
4 hour response (13X5) - HP response within 4 hours upon completion of troubleshooting call. 13X5. 8AM to 9PM. Monday through Friday. If call is received
after 5PM local time, response is next business day.
DMR (Defective Media Retention) - allows for customer to hold on to defective hard drive for security reasons.
Proactive Select - “A la carte” proactive services.
Relocation - HP boxes up, moves, and sets up customer equipment from one location to another
Post Warranty - extends warranty coverage on expiring or expired HP equipment; offered as 1 year and in some cases 2 year options.
