We are a vision…. : 

We are a vision…. The Gospel Preacher Association (GPA) began 25 years ago with a vision….Dr. Tolbert Moore visited Wales and saw a great need for preachers, he came from the Bible Belt in America where there was an abundance of Gospel Preachers and longed to share God’s Word with the hungry and seeking in lands where there were few Gospel Preachers, …thus began the GPA.
