Louisiana Crawfish Crawfish has been a tradition for many centuries. They have been around sense native Americans and early Europeans. When the spices came out they got really popular. Today they are still exciting for their parties and traditions

Crawfish was discovered in the native American and early European times. A group of settlers named the Cajuns were settled in Canada. They were forced out of Canada and into America. Many of them settled in Louisiana. Cajuns liked to make spices so they made some for the crawfish and that is how crawfish got their spices

Crawfish can taste a little spicy or they could be mild. They are different because of all their different spices. You could also put a lot of different foods in it like potatoes, corn, onions, and mushrooms. One of the spices is Louisiana spices. They also have different ways to cook them, the most common way is to boil them, another way is to purge them, and the last one is to steam them.

Crawfish make you smart and they are very healthy. They make you smarter because they have acids in them that make you think faster, they call this mental energy. They also have a bunch of protein in them.
