Knowledge Sharing & Information Management About BROSDI Target group (mainly youth, women & disadvantaged children especially orphan) & work area (17 districts spread in the four regions in Uganda) We have adopted a multi stakeholder approach that includes government, private sector, civil society Programs (Agriculture, Health & Education), ICT is cross cutting Open Development Thinking (ability of our target groups to understand a situation, make an analysis and practical decision on how to take advantage from the environment we leave in) Encourage our partners to embrace the culture of “Knowledge Sharing” & “Information Management” for personal development Sources of information Very bigger percent is from knowledge sharing forums Others are knowledge sharing fair, internet, literature review
