EDA Grant Timeline 2008-2010 – Garden works with INCOG and City of Tulsa Public Works Dept. on possible federal grant 2010 – Garden receives $1 million from EDA, must be matched by $0.25 million (budget = $1.25 million) 2010-2011 – Garden negotiates with City on construction timetable and easements 2011 – City expands project, doubling cost to $2.6 million; Garden cannot cover difference 2012 – City completes easement negotiations and commences construction 2013(-2014) -- Construction
