How Can You Be Successful in ESOL Classes? Speak English all the time! Do all homework and assignments. Study a little every day. Get help in the Language Lab, Tutoring Center, and Ms. Shoup’s office hours. Come to class prepared and ready to learn!

Being Ready for Class You will study parts of the unit at home before we study them in class. This will make learning new concepts easier for you. Do homework at HOME – not in class. Ask questions early (by email or in class). Don’t wait until the night before the test!
