Ever wonder why there's such a lack of unity in the church? Maybe it's because we have left the true foundation. This is not so much about what we are supposed to be doing, but clearly shows that teachings of most of the "Christian Church" has missed the mark. I hope that you will take the time to consider each of the passages of Scripture, and ask the Set-apart (Holy) Spirit for help and understanding. Blessings Comments Posting comment... Pause each clip to read at your own pace. I will soon be uploading the same video with narration. I hope that you find this study to be helpful and informative. Blessings, Joshua RatliffSlide 4: Who has gone up to the heavens and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is His Name, And what is His Son’s Name, If you know it? —Proverbs 30:4Slide 5: And Moses said to Elohim, “See, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His Name?’ what shall I say to them?” “Thus you are to say to the children of Israel, ‘Yahuah ( יהוה = YHWH, pronounced Yah-who-ah ) Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Abraham, the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My Name forever, and this is My remembrance to all generations .’ —Exodus 3:13, 15Slide 6: And Yahuah said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and be there, while I give you tablets of stone , and the Torah and the command which I have written, to teach them.” —Exodus 24:12Slide 7: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. —John 1:1Slide 8: The proverbs of Solomon son of David, sovereign of Israel: ( The Word is…) For knowing wisdom and discipline, For understanding the Words of understanding, For receiving the discipline of wisdom, Righteousness, right-ruling, and straightness; For giving insight to the simple, Knowing and discretion to the young. The wise one hears and increases learning, And the understanding one gets wise counsel, For understanding a proverb and a figure, The Words of the wise and their riddles. The fear of Yahuah is the beginning of knowledge ; Fools despise wisdom and discipline. —Proverbs 1:1-7Slide 9: The fear of Yahuah is the beginning of wisdom , And the knowledge of the Set-apart One is understanding. For by me your days become many, And years of life are added to you. —Proverbs 9:10-11Slide 10: The fear of Yahuah is the beginning of wisdom , All those doing them ( His orders and His works ) have a good understanding. His praise is standing forever. —Psalm 111:10Slide 11: My son, if you accept my Words, And treasure up my commands with you, So that you make your ear attend to wisdom, Incline your heart to understanding; For if you cry for discernment, Lift up your voice for understanding, If you seek her as silver, And search for her as hidden treasures, Then you would understand the fear of Yahuah , And find the knowledge of Elohim . For Yahuah gives wisdom; Out of His mouth come knowledge and understanding . —Proverbs 2:1-6Slide 12: My son, do not forget my Torah, And let your heart watch over my commands; For length of days and long life And peace they add to you. Let not kindness and truth forsake you— Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart , Thus finding favor and good insight In the eyes of Elohim and man. Trust in Yahuah with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; Know Him in all your ways, And He makes all your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear Yahuah and turn away from evil. It is healing to your navel, And moistening to your bones. —Proverbs 3:1-8Slide 13: “Be strong and courageous, for you are to let this people inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, to guard to do according to all the Torah which Moses My servant commanded you. Do not turn from it right or left, so that you act wisely wherever you go. Do not let this Book of the Torah depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you guard to do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and act wisely. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, nor be discouraged, for Yahuah your Elohim is with you wherever you go.” —Joshua 1:6-9Slide 14: Good and straight is Yahuah; Therefore He teaches sinners in the Way. He guides the meek ones in right-ruling, And He teaches the meek ones His Way. All the paths of Yahuah are kindness and truth, To those who guard His covenant and His witness. For Your Name’s sake, O Yahuah, You shall pardon my crookedness, though it is great. Who, then, is the man that fears Yahuah? He teaches him in the way he should choose. His life dwells in good, And his seed inherits the earth. The secret of Yahuah is with those who fear Him, And He makes His covenant known to them. — Psalm 25:8-14Slide 15: “ For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Israel after those days, declares Yahuah: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. And no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbor, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know Yahuah,’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them .” —Jeremiah 31:33-34Slide 16: And it shall be in the latter days that the mountain of Yahuah is established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills. And all nations shall flow to it. And many peoples shall come and say, “ Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahuah , to the House of the Elohim of Jacob, and let Him teach us His Ways , and let us walk in His paths, for out of Zion comes forth the Torah, and the Word of Yahuah from Jerusalem .” —Isaiah 2:2-3Slide 17: And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us… —John 1:14Slide 18: “Repent, for the Reign of the heavens has drawn near.” —Matthew 4:18Slide 19: “And they shall go there, and shall take away all its disgusting matters and all its abominations from there. And I shall give them one heart, and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, so that they walk in My laws, and guard My right-rulings, and shall do them. And they shall be My people and I shall be their Elohim . But to those whose hearts walk after the heart of their disgusting matters and their abominations, I shall recompense their deeds on their own heads,” declares the Master Yahuah. —Ezekiel 11:18-21Slide 20: And I saw the heaven opened up, and there was a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Trustworthy and True, and in righteousness He judges and fights. And His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were crowns, having a Name that had been written, which no one had perceived except Himself—and having been dressed in a robe dipped in blood—and His Name is called: The Word of Yahuah . —Revelation 19:11-13Slide 21: “Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah and the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete. For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away , one jot or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.” —Matthew 5:17-18Slide 22: “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so the Son of Adam has to be lifted up, so that whoever is believing in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life. For Elohim so loved the world that He gave his only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life. For Elohim did not send His Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not judged, but he who does not believe is judged already, because he has not believed in the Name of the only brought-forth Son of Elohim . (cont.)Slide 23: And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light, for their works were wicked. For everyone who is practicing evil matters hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But the one doing the truth comes to the light, so that his works are clearly seen, that they have been wrought in Elohim.” —John 3:14-21Slide 24: Hear, O heavens, and listen, O earth! For Yahuah has spoken, “I have reared and brought up children, but they have transgressed against Me. An ox knows its owner and a donkey its master’s crib—Israel does not know, My people have not understood .” Alas, sinning nation, a people loaded with crookedness, a seed of evil-doers, sons acting corruptly! They have forsaken Yahuah, they have provoked the Set-apart One of Israel, they went backward . Why should you be beaten any more? You continue in apostasy ! (cont.)Slide 25: All the head is sick, and all the heart faints. From the sole of the foot, to the head, there is no soundness in it—wounds and bruises and open sores; they have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment. Your land is laid waste, your cities are burned with fire, strangers devour your land in your presence. And it is laid waste, as overthrown by strangers. And the daughter of Zion is left as a booth in a vineyard, as a hut in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city. Unless Yahuah of hosts had left to us a small remnant, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been made like Gomorrah. (cont.)Slide 26: Hear the Word of Yahuah , you rulers of Sodom; give ear to the Torah of our Elohim, you people of Gomorrah! “Of what use to Me are your many slaughterings ?” declares Yahuah. “I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fed beasts. I do not delight in the blood of bulls, or of lambs or goats. When you come to appear before Me, who has required this from your hand, to trample My courtyards? Stop bringing futile offerings, incense, it is an abomination to Me. New Moons, Sabbaths, the calling of meetings—I am unable to bear unrighteousness and assembly . My being hates your New Moons and your appointed times, they are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them. And when you spread out your hands, I hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I do not hear. (cont.)Slide 27: Your hands have become filled with blood. Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Stop doing evil ! Learn to do good ! Seek right-ruling, reprove the oppressor, defend the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now and let us reason together ,” says Yahuah. “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you submit and obey , you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel , you shall be devoured by the sword,” for the mouth of Yahuah has spoken. —Isaiah 1:2-20Slide 28: “And to the messenger of the assembly in Laodicea write, ‘The Amen, the Trustworthy and True Witness, the Beginning of creation of Elohim, says this: “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot . So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am going to vomit you out of My mouth . Because you say, ‘Rich I am, and I am made rich, and need none at all,’ and do not know that you are wretched, and pitiable, and poor, and blind, and naked . I advise you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, so that you become rich; and white garments, so that you become dressed, so that the shame of your nakedness might not be shown; and anoint your eyes with ointment, so that you see. (cont.)Slide 29: As many as I love, I reprove and discipline . So be ardent and repent . See, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I shall come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I shall give to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.” ‘ “ —Revelation 3:14-22Slide 30: “Oh everyone who thirsts, come to the waters. And you who have no silver, come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without silver and without price. Why do you weigh out silver for what is not bread, and your labor for what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to Me, and eat what is good, and let your being delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear, and come to Me . Hear, so that your being lives. And let Me make an everlasting covenant with you , the trustworthy kindness of David . See, I have given Him as a witness to the people, a Leader and a Commander for the people . (cont.)Slide 31: See, a nation you do not know you shall call, and a nation who does not know you run to you, because of Yahuah your Elohim, and the Set-apart One of Israel, for He has adorned you.” Seek Yahuah while He is to be found , call on Him while He is near . Let the wrong forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahuah , who has compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for He pardons much. “ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and neither My Ways ,” declares Yahuah. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” —Isaiah 55:1-9Slide 32: Thomas said to Him, “Master, we do not know where You are going, and how are we able to know the Way?” Yahushua said to him, “ I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father except through Me .” —John 14:6Slide 33: “ Walk in all the Way which Yahuah your Elohim has commanded you, so that you live and it be well with you. And you shall prolong your days in the land which you possess.” —Deuteronomy 5:33Slide 34: If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask Elohim, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it shall be given to him. But he should ask in belief, not doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For that man should not think that he shall receive from the Master— he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways . —James 1:5-8Slide 35: No man is able to serve two masters , for either he shall hate the one and love the other, or else he shall cleave to the one and despise the other. You are not able to serve Elohim and mammon. —Matthew 6:24Slide 36: Do not love the world nor that which is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Because all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but the one doing the desire of Elohim remains forever. —1 John 2:15-17Slide 37: And I hated life because the work that was done under the sun was evil on me, for all is futile and feeding on wind. —Ecclesiastes 2:18Slide 38: Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, But righteousness delivers from death. —Proverbs 11:4Slide 39: Then Yahushua said to His taught ones, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself , and take up his stake (cross), and follow Me . For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it. For what is a man profited if he gains all the world, and loses his own life? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his life? For the Son of Adam is going to come in the esteem of His Father with His messengers, and then He shall reward each according to his works .” —Matthew 16: 24-27Slide 40: Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose? Does the Spirit which dwells in us intensely crave to envy? But He gives greater favor. Because of this He says, “ Elohim resists the proud, but gives favor to the humble .” So then subject yourselves to Elohim. Resist the devil and he shall flee from you. Draw near to Elohim and He shall draw near to you . Cleanse hands, sinners. And cleanse the hearts, you double-minded! Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Master, and He shall lift you up. —James 4:5-10Slide 41: “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son is able to do none at all by Himself, but only that which He sees the Father doing , because whatever He does , the Son also likewise does . For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all that He Himself does . And greater works than these He is going to show Him, in order that you marvel. For as the Father raises the dead and makes alive, even so the Son makes alive whom He wishes. For the Father judges no one, but has given all the judgment to the Son, that all should value the Son even as they value the Father who sent Him. (cont.)Slide 42: Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My Word and believes in Him who sent Me possesses everlasting life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. Truly, Truly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of Elohim. And those having heard shall live. For as the Father possesses life in Himself , so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself , and He has given Him authority also to do judgment, because He is the Son of Adam. Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the tombs shall hear His voice, and shall come forth— those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have practiced evil matters, to a resurrection of judgment . (cont.)Slide 43: Of Myself I am unable to do any matter. As I hear , I judge, and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own desire , but the desire of the Father who sent Me. If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true. There is another who bears witness of Me, and I know that the witness which He witnesses of Me is true. You have sent to John, and he bore witness to the truth. But I do not receive witness from man , but I say this in order that you might be saved. He was the burning and shining lamp, and for a while you wished to rejoice in his light. But I have a greater witness than that of John, for the works that the Father gave Me to accomplish, the works that I do, bear witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me. (cont.)Slide 44: And the Father who sent Me, He bore witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. And you do not have His Word staying in you, because you do not believe Him whom He sent. You search the Scriptures, because you think you possess everlasting life in them. And these are the ones that bear witness of Me. But you do not desire to come to Me in order to possess life . I do not receive esteem of men, but I know you, that you do not have the love of Elohim in you. I have come in My Father’s Name and you do not receive Me, if another comes in his own name, him you would receive. (cont.)Slide 45: How are you able to believe, when you are receiving esteem from one another , and the esteem that is from the only Elohim you do not seek ? Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father. There is one who accuses you: Moses , in whom you have set your expectation. For if you believed Moses, you would have believed Me , since he wrote about Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how shall you believe My Words ?” —John 5:19-47Slide 46: “And he said to them, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they shall repent.’ But he said to him, ‘ If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, neither would they be persuaded even if one should rise from the dead. ’” —Luke 16:30-31Slide 47: “ Bear, therefore, fruits worthy of repentance , and do not think to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as father.’ For I say to you that Elohim is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones. And the axe is already laid to the root of the trees. Every tree, then, which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire . I indeed immerse you in water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to bear. He shall immerse you in the Set-apart Spirit and fire . His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He shall thoroughly cleanse His threshing-floor, and gather His wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff He shall burn with unquenchable fire .” —Matthew 3:8-12Slide 48: From that time Yahushua began to proclaim and to say, “Repent, for the reign of the heavens has drawn near.” —Matthew 4:17Slide 49: “I am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener. Every branch in Me that bears no fruit He takes away. And every branch that bears fruit He prunes, so that it bears much fruit. You are clean because of the Word which I have spoken to you . Stay in Me , and I stay in you. As the branch is unable to bear fruit of itself, unless it stays in the vine, so neither you, unless you stay in Me. I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who stays in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit. Because without Me you are able to do naught! If anyone does not stay in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up . And they gather them and throw them into the fire, and are burned. If you stay in Me , and My Words stay in you , you shall ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. In this My Father is esteemed, that you bear much fruit, and you shall be My taught ones. As the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you. Stay in My love. (cont.)Slide 50: If you guard My commands, you shall stay in My love, even as I have guarded My Father’s commands and stay in His love . These Words I have spoken to you, so that My joy might be in you, and that your joy might be complete. This is My command, that you love one another, as I have loved you . No one has greater love than this: that one should lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatever I command you . No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, for all teachings which I heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name He might give you. These Words I command you, so that you love one another .” —John 15:1-17Slide 51: Where do fightings and strivings come from among you? Do they not come from your pleasures that battle in your members? You desire, and do not have. You murder , and are jealous, and are unable to obtain. You strive and fight, and you do not possess, because you do not ask. —James 4:1-2Slide 52: Everyone hating his brother is a murderer , and you know that no murderer has everlasting life in him. —1 John 3:15Slide 53: You ask and do not receive, because you ask evilly, in order to spend it on your pleasures . Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Elohim? Whoever therefore intends to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Elohim. —James 4:3-4Slide 54: “Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened.” —Matthew 7:7-8Slide 55: And see, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good shall I do to have everlasting life ?” And He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good except One—Elohim. But if you wish to enter into life, guard the commands .” He said to Him, “Which?” And Yahushua said, “’You shall not murder ,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness ,’ ‘Respect your father and your mother,’ and ‘ You shall love your neighbor as yourself .’” The young man said to Him, “All these I have watched over from my youth, what do I still lack?” Yahushua said to him, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven. And come, follow Me .” (cont.)Slide 56: And when the young man heard the Word, he went away sad, because he had many possessions. And Yahushua said to His taught ones, “Truly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter into the reign of the heavens. And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the reign of Elohim.” And when His taught ones heard it, they were very astonished, saying, “Who then is able to be saved?” And looking intently Yahushua said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with Elohim all is possible.” — Matthew 19:16-26Slide 57: “Blessed are those doing His commands, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and enter through the gates into the city.” —Revelation 22:14Slide 58: “Enter in through the narrow gate! Because the gate is wide—and the way is broad—that leads to destruction and there are many who enter in through it.” —Matthew 7:13Slide 59: There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death . —Proverbs 14:12Slide 60: The way of a fool is right in his own eyes , But he who listens to advice is wise. —Proverbs 12:15Slide 61: “Because the gate is narrow and the Way is hard pressed with leads to life, and there are few who find it. But beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are savage wolves. By their fruits you shall know them. Are grapes gathered from thorn bushes or figs from thistles? So every good tree yields good fruit, but a rotten tree wicked fruit. A good tree is unable to yield wicked fruit, and a rotten tree to yield good fruit .” —Matthew 7:14-18Slide 62: From the fruit of his mouth one is filled with good; And the work of a man’s hands is given back to him. —Proverbs 12:14Slide 63: A man’s stomach is satisfied From the fruit of his mouth; He is satisfied with the increase of his lips. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those loving it eat its fruit. —Proverbs 18:20-21Slide 64: “I have called the heavens and the earth as witnesses today against you: I have set before you life and death , the blessing and the curse. Therefore you shall choose life , so that you live, but you and your seed, to love Yahuah your Elohim, to obey His voice , and to cling to Him—for He is your life and the length of your days .” —Deuteronomy 30:19-20aSlide 65: “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” —John 10:27Slide 66: Righteous are You, O Yahuah, when I plead with You. Indeed, let me speak with you about right-rulings. Why has the way of the wrong prospered ? All the workers of treachery are at ease? You have planted them and they have taken root, they grow and they bear fruit. You are near in their mouth but far from their kidneys. But you have known me, O Yahuah. You see me, and You have tried my heart toward You. Draw them away like sheep for the slaughter, and separate them for the day of slaughter. —Jeremiah 12:1-3Slide 67: “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, by their fruits you shall know them—Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master,’ shall enter into the reign of the heavens, but he who is doing the desire of My Father in the heavens. Many shall say to Me in that day, ‘Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and done many might works in Your Name?’ And then I shall declare to them, ‘ I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness !’ (cont.)Slide 68: Therefore everyone who hears these Words of Mine, and does them , shall be like a wise man who built his house on the rock, and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock . And everyone who hears these Words of mine, and does not do them, shall be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand, and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat on that house, and it fell, and great was its fall.” —Matthew 7:19-27Slide 69: Blessed is the man who does endure trial, for when he has been proved, he shall receive the crown of life which the Master has promised to those who love Him . —James 1:12Slide 70: And become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. Because if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror, for he looks at himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what he was like. But he that looked into the perfect Torah, that of freedom , and continues in it, not becoming a hearer that forgets, but a doer of work, this one shall be blessed in his doing of the Torah . (cont.)Slide 71: If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart , this one’s religion is worthless. Clean and undefiled before the Elohim and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world. —James 1:22-27Slide 72: “For the Son of Adam is going to come in the esteem of His Father with His messengers, and then He shall reward each according to his works .” —Matthew 16:27Slide 73: My brothers, do not hold the belief of our Master Yahushua Messiah, the Master of esteem, with partiality. If you accomplish the sovereign law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well, but if you show partiality , you commit sin , being found guilty by the Torah as transgressors. For whoever shall guard the Torah, and yet stumble, he is guilty of all. For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of Torah. —James 2:1, 8-11Slide 74: “But I say to you that everyone looking at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart .” —Matthew 5:28Slide 75: So speak and so do as those who are to be judged by a Torah of freedom. For the judgment is without compassion to the one who has shown no compassion. And compassion boasts over judgment . My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is unable to save him. And if a brother or sister is naked and in need of daily food, but one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” but you do not give them the bodily needs, what use is it? So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead. (cont.)Slide 76: But someone might say, “You have belief, and I have works.” Show me your belief without your works, and I shall show you my belief by my works. You believe that Elohim is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder! But do you wish to know, O foolish man, that the belief without the works is dead ? Was not Abraham our father declared right by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that the belief was working with His works, and by the works the belief was perfected ? And the Scripture was filled which says, “Abraham believed Elohim, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness.” And he is called, “ Elohim’s friend.” —James 2:12-23Slide 77: “… Abraham obeyed my voice and guarded My Charge : My commands, My laws, and My Torot.” —Genesis 26:5bSlide 78: You see then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone. In the same way, was not Rahab the whore also declared right by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief without the works. —James 2:24-26Slide 79: Still, even among the rulers many did believe in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the congregation, for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of Elohim . Then Yahushua cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, so that no one who believes in Me should stay in darkness . And if anyone hears My Words but does not watch over them, I do not judge him. (cont.)Slide 80: For I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive My Words, has one who judges him: the Word that I have spoken shall judge him in the last day . Because I spoke not from Myself, but the Father who sent Me has given Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life . Therefore, whatever I speak, as the Father has said to Me, so I speak.” —John 12:42-50Slide 81: And this is the message which we have heard from Him and announce to you, that Elohim is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and are not doing the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Yahushua Messiah His Son cleanses us from all sin . (cont.)Slide 82: If we say that we have no sin, we are misleading ourselves , and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is trustworthy and righteous to forgive us the sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. —1 John 1:5-10Slide 83: Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Yahuah. O Yahuah, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my prayers. O Yah, if You should watch crookednesses, O Yahuah, who would stand? But with You there is forgiveness, That You might be feared. I looked to Yahuah, My being has looked, And for His Word I have waited. —Psalm 130:1-5Slide 84: My little children, I write this to you, so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Intercessor with the Father, Yahushua Messiah, a righteous One. And He Himself is an atoning offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world. And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands . The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. —1 John 2:1-5Slide 85: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me , the works that I do he shall do also . And greater works than these he shall do, because I go to the Father. And whatever you ask in My Name, that I shall do, in order that the Father might be esteemed in the Son. If you ask whatever in My Name, I shall do it. If you love Me, you shall guard My commands . And I shall ask the Father, and He shall give you another Helper, to stay with you forever—the Spirit of Truth, whom the world is unable to receive, because it does not see Him or know Him. (cont.)Slide 86: But you know Him, for He stays with you and shall be in You. I shall not leave you orphans—I am coming to you. Yet a little while, and the world no longer sees Me, but you shall see Me, because I live, and you shall live. In that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who possesses My commands and guards them, it is he who loves Me . And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest Myself to Him .” —John 14:12-21Slide 87: Having purposed it, He brought us forth by the Word of truth, for us to be a kind of first-fruits of His creatures. So then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath, for the wrath of man does not work the righteousness of Elohim. Therefore put away all filthiness and overflow of evil, and receive with meekness the implanted Word , which is able to save your lives. —James 1:18-21Slide 88: He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave authority to become children of Elohim, to those believing in His Name, who were born, not of blood nor of the desire of the flesh nor of the desire of man, but of Elohim . —John 1:11-13Slide 89: “Guard, and obey all these Words which I command you, that it might be well with you and your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the eyes of Yahuah your Elohim .” —Deuteronomy 12:28Slide 90: “For the Word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart—to do it. —Deuteronomy 30:14)Slide 91: “You, then, hear the parable of the sower: When anyone hears the Word of the reign, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is that sown by the wayside. And that sown on rocky places, this is he who hears the Word and immediately receives it with joy, yet he has no root in himself, but is short-lived, and when pressure or persecution arises because of the Word, immediately he stumbles. (cont)Slide 92: And that sown among the thorns is he who hears the Word, and the worry of this age and the deceit of riches choke the Word, and it becomes fruitless. And that sown on the good soil is he who hears the Word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and yields—some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty.” —Matthew 13:18-23Slide 93: “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” —Matthew 13:9Slide 94: And the taught ones came and said to Him (Yahushua), “Why do You speak to them in parables?” And He answering, said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the secrets of the reign of the heavens , but to them it has not been given. For whoever possesses, to him more shall be given, and he shall have overflowingly ; but whoever does not possess, even what he possesses shall be taken away from him . (cont.)Slide 95: Because of this I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is completely filled, which says, ‘Hearing you shall hear and by no means understand, and seeing you shall see and by no means perceive, for the heart of this people has become thickened, and their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their heart, and turn back, and I heal them’” —Matthew 13:10-15Slide 96: It is the esteem of Elohim to hide a matter, And the esteem of sovereigns to search out a matter. —Proverbs 25:2Slide 97: “The secret matters belong to Yahuah our Elohim, but what is revealed belongs to us and to our children forever, to do all the Words of this Torah.” —Deuteronomy 29:29Slide 98: And the entire vision is to you like the Words of a book that is sealed, which men give to one who knows books, saying, “Read this, please.” And he said, “I am unable, for it is sealed.” And the book is given to one who does not know books, saying, “Read this, please.” And he said, “I have not known books.” And Yahuah says… (cont.)Slide 99: “Because this people has drawn near with its mouth, and with its lips they have esteemed Me, and it has kept its heart far from Me, and their fear of Me has become a command of men that is taught! Therefore, see, I am again doing a marvelous work among this people, a marvelous work and a wonder. And the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their clever men shall be hidden.” —Isaiah 29:11-14Slide 100: The secret of Yahuah is with those who fear Him , And He makes His covenant known to them . —Psalm 25: 14Slide 101: The Way of Yahuah is a stronghold for the perfect, But ruin to the workers of wickedness. —Proverbs 10:29Slide 102: Wisdom calls aloud outside; She raises her voice in the broad places. At the head of the noisy streets she cries out, At the openings of the gates, In the city she speaks her Words: “How long, you simple ones, Would you love simplicity, And shall scoffers delight in their scoffing, And fools hate knowledge? Turn at My reproof. See, I pour out My Spirit on you, I make My Words known to you . (cont.)Slide 103: Because I called and you refused, I have stretched out My hand and no one inclined, And you spurned all My counsel, And would not yield to My reproof, Let me also laugh at your calamity, Mock when your dread comes, When your dread comes like a storm, And your calamity comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you. Let them then call upon Me, but I answer not; Let them seek Me, but not find Me. (cont.)Slide 104: Because they hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of Yahuah, They did not accept My counsel, They despised all My reproof, Therefore let them eat the fruit of their own way, And be filled with their own counsels. For the turning away of the simple slays them. But whoever listens to me dwells safely, And is at ease from the dread of evil.” —Proverbs 1:20-33Slide 105: For thus said Yahuah to the house of Israel, “ Seek Me and live , but do not seek Beth-el ( “the house of God” ), nor enter Gilgal ( the wheel ), and pass not to Beer- sheeba ( well of an oath ). For Gilgal shall certainly go into exile, and Beth-el become a non-entity. Seek Yahuah and live , lest He break out like fire upon the house of Joseph, and shall consume it, with no one to quench it in Beth-el. O you who are turning right-ruling to wormwood , and have cast down righteousness to the earth! —Amos 5:4-7Slide 106: “…lest there should be among you a man or woman or clan or tribe, whose heart turns away today from Yahuah our Elohim, to go and serve the mighty ones of these nations, lest there should be among you a root bearing bitterness or wormwood . And it shall be, when he hears the words of this curse, that he should bless himself in his heart , saying, ‘ I have peace though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart ,’ in order to add drunkenness to thirst. Yahuah would not forgive him, but rather, the displeasure of Yahuah and His jealousy shall burn against that man , and every curse that is written in this book shall settle on him, and Yahuah shall blot out his name from under the heavens.” —Deuteronomy 29:18-20Slide 107: He who made the seven stars (Pleiades) and Orion, and who turns the shadow of death into morning and the darkened day into night, who is calling for the waters of the sea and pours them out on the face of the earth— Yahuah is His Name —who is flashing forth destruction upon the strong, so that destruction comes upon the stronghold. They hated the one who reproves in the gate, and they despise the one who speaks truth. Therefore, because you trample on the poor and take grain taxes from him—you have built houses of hewn stone but you are not going to dwell in them, you have planted pleasant vineyards but not drink wine from them. (cont.)Slide 108: For I know your transgressions are many and your sins are great, afflicting the righteous and accepting bribes, and turning aside the poor at the gate. Therefore the wise keep silent at that time, for it is an evil time. Seek good and not evil, so that you live. And let Yahuah of hosts be with you, as you have spoken . Hate evil and love good, and set up right-ruling in the gate. It might be that Yahuah Elohim of hosts shows favor to the remnant of Joseph. (cont.)Slide 109: Therefore Yahuah Elohim of hosts, Yahuah, said this, “There is wailing in all open squares, and in all the streets they say, ‘Alas! Alas!’ and shall call the farmer to mourning, and the skilled lamenters to wailing. And in all vineyards there is wailing, for I pass through your midst,” said Yahuah. Woe to you who are longing for the day of Yahuah ! What does the day of Yahuah mean to you? It is darkness, and not light , as when a man flees from a lion, and a bear shall meet him; or entered his house, rested his hand on the wall, and a serpent shall bite him. Is not the day of Yahuah darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it? (cont.)Slide 110: “I have hated, I have despised your festivals, and I am not pleased with your assemblies. Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I do not accept them, nor do I look on your fattened peace offerings. Take away from Me the noise of your songs, for I do not hear the sound of your stringed instruments. And let right-ruling roll on like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream. —Amos 5:8-24Slide 111: Yahushua answered and said to her, “Everyone drinking of this water shall thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water I give him shall certainly never thirst. And the water that I give him shall become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” —John 4:13-14Slide 112: “For I am Yahuah, I shall not change…” —Malachi 3:6Slide 113: What has been is what shall be, what has been done is what shall be done, and there is no new matter under the sun. —Ecclesiastes 1:9Slide 114: Let us hear the conclusion of the entire matter: Fear Elohim and guard His commands, For this applies to all mankind! For Elohim shall bring every work into right-ruling, Including all that is hidden, Whether good or whether evil. —Ecclesiastes 12:13-14Slide 115: “And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and to those turning from transgression in Jacob,” declares Yahuah. “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” said Yahuah: “My Spirit that is upon you, and My Words that I have put in your mouth, shall not be withdrawn from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” said Yahuah, “from this time and forever.” —Isaiah 59:20-21Slide 116: “The being who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the crookedness of the father, nor the father bear the crookedness of the son. The righteousness of the righteous is upon himself, and the wrongness of the wrong is upon himself. But the wrong, if he turns from all his sins which he has done, and he shall guard all My laws , and shall do right-ruling and righteousness , he shall certainly live , he shall not die. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wrong?” declares the Master Yahuah. “Is it not that he should turn from his ways, and live? (cont.)Slide 117: But when a righteous one turns away from his righteousness and does unrighteousness, according to all the abominations that the wrong one has done, shall he live? All his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered. For his trespass which he has committed, and for his sin which he has committed, for them he shall die. And you said, ‘The way of Yahuah is not right.’ Hear now, O house of Israel, is My way not right? Is it not your ways that are not right?” —Ezekiel 18:20-25Slide 118: “Truly, I say to you, all the sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they speak, but he who blasphemes against the Set-apart Spirit has no forgiveness forever, but is subject to everlasting judgment.” —Mark 3:28-29Slide 119: Let no one say when he is enticed, “I am enticed by Elohim,” for Elohim is not enticed by evil matters, and He entices no one. But each one is enticed when he is drawn away by his own desires and trapped. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin. And sin, when it has been accomplished, brings forth death. Do not go astray, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor shadow of turning. —James 1:13-17Slide 120: “Therefore I judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,” declares the Master Yahuah. “Repent, and turn back from all your transgressions, and let not crookedness be a stumbling-block to you. Cast away from you all the transgressions, by which you have transgressed, and make for yourselves a new heart and a new spirit . For why should you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,” declares the Master Yahuah. “So turn back and live.” —Ezekiel 18:30-32Slide 121: And he said to me, “Do not seal the Words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near. He who does wrong, let him do more wrong; he who is filthy, let him be more filthy; he who is righteous, let him be more righteous; he who is set-apart, let him be more set-apart. And see, I am coming speedily, and My reward is with Me, to give each according to his work . I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Blessed are those doing His commands, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city .” —Revelation 22:10-14 You do not have the permission to view this presentation. Blessed are those doing His commands, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city .” —Revelation 22:10-14
