Court of Justice of the European Union The Court of Justice of the European Union has the objective of guaranteeing that the legislation of the European Union is applied and interpreted in the same way by all the member countries of the EU. The members of the Court of Justice are the following: - Court of Justice of each of the member countries with 11 advocates general. - General Court that is made up of two judges from each country. It was created in 1952 and is based in Luxembourg City.
