In this case you should add the three age ranges together and do the math 41/58 and write: Over 70% of those surveyed were between the ages of 22 – 50 and almost half were between 31 – 50. This is important to show because Social Media is embraced normally, more by the younger generation. This could mean that emergency managers understand the importance of Twitter as a serious tool and are willing to embrace it for those purposes. :

Questions confirming information closely related to the Research Question. All participants surveyed confirmed that they are interested in having Severe Weather Tweeted to them. Minor interest supported other weather report interest such as Daily information or Weekly forecast. :
