Objective :Objective Implement a four week email campaign in order to increase awareness of the new Lincs FM ‘Catch’ service.
E-mail one (sender: Lincs FM ; subject: Free radio & downloads) :E-mail one (sender: Lincs FM ; subject: Free radio & downloads) Explain the new catch service with a combination of text and visual aids.
The visual aids will be in the form of four pictures illustrating how the service works
Offer 6 free downloads (Two per week for three weeks)
Branded Lincs FM pocket radio for those who sign up within a week of when the email is initially sent.
The Lincs FM logo will appear
Two “sign up” buttons will appear

Remind the customer that they are eligible for two free downloads
Give the customer the option of signing up for “just for you” e-mail from Lincs FM.

Extend offer of free downloads and radio to “only 5 days” left
Lincs FM logo and Catch slogan appears

Follows layout of e-mail one, with the exception of highlighting the benefits of signing up to Catch FM such as personalised web account and fully searchable online database of songs.
Free “O2 in the Park” tickets for first 100 customers who sign up

Inform customer that they are eligible for two more downloads
“download of the week” recommendation
“just for you” recommendations based on information from previous downloads.

Inform customer that they are eligible for final two downloads
Highlight methods of payment for future downloads such as Mastercard and Paypal

“Introduce a friend to Catch” and receive a receive £10 worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers
E-mail based on previous downloads recommending downloads
