The following are pictures of the finished product. Tenant Improvement project for B|R|R Architecture Second Floor Lobby : Second Floor Lobby Replaced wall coverings, installed wiring for flat screen TV, new wall partition with glass window, installed new floor coverings unique for seating area. Second Floor Lobby Seating : Second Floor Lobby Seating Installed new tile flooring, engineered custom front desk and custom wall covering behind front desk with ceiling lighting and installed glass partition. Second Floor Lobby and Conference Room : Second Floor Lobby and Conference Room New tile and carpet flooring, custom glass walls for maximum natural light to flow through new conference room into lobby, installed custom ceiling tiles and ceiling lights. Third Floor Lobby Seating : Third Floor Lobby Seating Custom wall covering specific to B|R|R through out third floor lobby (three different wall coverings total), new hardwood and carpet flooring, custom designed desk and lighting. Third Floor Lobby Seating : Third Floor Lobby Seating Hardwood flooring, carpet flooring for seating area, custom lobby desk with backlighting and complimentary paint colors throughout the level. Third Floor Lobby Seating : Third Floor Lobby Seating Built entertainment center and installed wiring for flat screen TV, installed glass door to office and unique blue wall covering for the hallway. Bistro Dining : Bistro Dining Custom ceiling lighting, backlit walls and hardwood flooring. Bistro Kitchenette : Bistro Kitchenette Custom, built in bar with back lighting around the base, unique cloud lighting in ceiling, wall detailing and built in cupboards and shelves, built in entertainment system and wiring.
