Introduction :

Introduction The Indian education system is one of the largest in the world. The education sector is divided into two main segments; the core segment comprises of schools and higher education, while the non-core comprises of coaching classes, pre-schools and vocational trainings.


Introduction Education market in India currently stands at a year-on-year growth of 15 per cent. However there is a further demand of investments worth US$ 100 billion by 2014 The private education sector is estimated to reach US$ 70 billion by 2013 and US$ 115 billion by 2018


Introduction India has a total of 610 universities. 43 central universities, 299 state universities, 140 private Universities, 128 deemed universities and 5 institutions established through state legislation, 30 Institutions of National Importance There are 45 technical institutes, 13 management institutes, 4 information technology institutes, 6 science and research institutes and 3 planning and architecture institutes Currently, the Government spends around 3.8% of its GDP on education

Service :

Service A service is any activity or benefit that one party can offer to another that is intangible in nature to fulfil their wants and needs. Characteristics of Services are as follows : Intangible Inseparable Heterogeneous Perishable


Intangible Cannot be seen, felt, tasted, smelt or heard before being purchased Intangible and the service may be based on the reputation of an individual Ex: The knowledge gained by the students Teachers Experience Course itself, Services rendered by the faculty etc Tangible: Intangible service can be tangible in terms of Ex: Teachers should give Homework and take a test to understand they have understood the concept or no and comparing with the score sheet.


Inseparable Reflects the interconnection between the service provider, customer receiving the service and customers sharing the service experience Ex : When teacher delivers the teaching to the students then students asking the queries after class or in the class so it makes them inseparable


Perishable The services cannot be stored Services have little or no tangible components and therefore cannot be stored for a future use. Services are produced and consumed during the same period of time. Ex: After 10 th the students education is not decided by the intuition, The future education of the blind students are at stake If the student is absent for that day particular day and time then it is Perishable


Heterogeneity Services delivered vary in quality, time consumed in delivery and the extent o f service provided. Ex : JAWS- Windows (Jaws) Screen Reader which is software where the blind children’s can learn computer skills. if they go wrong then the computer will make sound

1) Product Ex: Subjects, Activities ( Hostel,Culture programme , Library,Health Check ups and play grounds)


PRICE Donation 2) Sponsor 1. By Donating Rs.5,000/- sponsorship of one child for one year. 2. Donating Rs.2,000/- for one time meals to all the blind children. (Rs. 500/- extra for sweets or fruits). 3. Donating Rs.750/- for one time breakfast to all the blind children. 4. Giving Rs.15000/- as fixed deposit so that interest can be utilized for one time meals to all the blind children, on a particular day

Place :

Place Place represents the location where an educational institute is established. It is often referred to as the service centre. Ex:- Maheshwari blind School (Nehru Nagar) The School was founded on 27th April 1972 under the able stewardship of renowned social worker and an eminent physician of Belgaum, Late Dr. N.R.Kulkarni . " Maheshwari School for the Blind" started one Gandhi Jayanti day i.e. 2nd of October 1978 The 128 students from 1st -10th standard enjoy all the facilities totally free of cost in a one large family like ambience.

PROCESS It starts with the parents enquiry Then asking about the facilities what school is providing, Then making the children’s part of school where they can learn the education then teacher teaches the students and student understanding the concept and also providing the facilities like Cultural activities, and sports activities, Then after 10 th the the Board exam which they write in Berlie Language Then receiving the marks card


PHYSICAL EVIDENCE: It might include state-of-art technology, building, total ambience, parking facility, play ground, swimming pool,, transportation facility, hostel, computer laboratory,, library, number of books,etc .
