B My goals at the beginning of this course was to bring b oth feet behind my head and reach 2 inches past m y toes. I did not meet my goals, I got to only reaching m y toes and getting both feet to my forehead. I will settle with my goals as reaching 1 inch past my toes and getting o ne foot behind my head completely.

My RHR was 72. My heart rate remained the same. The video mentioned that the normal heart rate for teenagers is between 50 and 90 BPM. I'm right in the middle of the normal range.

For my balance, I did it twice. When I did it back in lesson 5, I stood up on one foot for 54 seconds the first time, and all 60 seconds the second time . This time I did 60 seconds both times. I evaluated my reaction time 5 times. My inches for lesson 5 were test were 5, 4, 9, 5, 5. The second time I got 5,5,4,7,4.The average for reaction time is 5 inches. Both have improved.

I put in more time for yoga. I changed it to 3 hours of yoga each week instead of 2 hours 15 minutes so I can stretch out more every day, since what I was doing apparently wasn’t working for me. I also added 60 minutes of leisure swimming so my muscles can loosen, giving me a total of 1 hour 45 minutes for time in the water.

I did not meet my goals for this course. I think I didn’t reach my goal because it was too hard for me to reach in the short time that I had. I will exercise and stretch more every day in order to reach this goal one day. Now that I have a goal that isn’t too far out of reach, I will be more motivated to get to it . 6. A

6. B The best part of this course was the inspiration to get fit. I feel like I will take better care of my body and exercise and eat healthy more in my life.

6. C My least favorite part was how I started late. It was hard to catch up with lessons and activity logs. I need to make sure when the course definitely starts next time.
