Destroyed by President Andrew Johnson’s enforcement of the 1871 Civil Rights Act. The Second Ku Klux Klan : The Second Ku Klux Klan Founded in 1915 after a post-WWI growth of social tensions. Migration and immigration created waves in the labor force.
