The word perception comes from the Latin capere, meaning "to take," the prefix per meaning "completely. ... Perception is the way we react for any particular situation.

How Perception helps employees in an Organization : 

How Perception helps employees in an Organization Human nature can be very simple, yet very complex too. An understanding and appreciation of this is a prerequisite to effective employee perception in the workplace and therefore effective management and leadership. There is a known fast that with out perception there is nothing can be done in an organization and for doing any task we need a perception which is accepted my all the employees in an organization. And it is the key for the manager to make his team work and get the better output for a company. Perception helps each and every individual in the organization to carry the things in different ways as company needs different perceivers to make profits.

Importance of Perception : 

Importance of Perception If the manager has good perception in any sector of an organization the team will have “Safe Solutions” with the “Risky Ideas”. To find innovative solutions for the problems. To leverage creativity and motivate to higher plateau of thinking. With the help of perception habits and attitudes will get change. With the help of perception we can find the ways to do a problem there is a no reason that you cant..

PERCEPTION BY AN INDIVIDUAL Individual perception plays a major role in an organization as from the figure shown beside each person has their own perceptions about the fig.. Each individual will have difference in perceptions of the fig . Shown A manager should read the perceptions of his/her sub ordinates to be an individual in the team to lead.

MAINTAINING EMOTIONAL RESERVES : 

MAINTAINING EMOTIONAL RESERVES Developing some mutually supportive friendships/relationships. Pursuing realistic goals which are meaningful to us, rather than goals others have for us that we cannot share. Expect some frustrations, failures, and sorrows. We have to always be kind and gentle with our self -- be a friend to our self.

.Perception-Recruiting Times. perception is very important for a HR to recruite the employee for an organization. It plays an important role in judging a person and analyzing the person who gives an interview. Perceiving the things is very essential for recruiter to get the analysis of a person to know the status entirely and go for a conclusion. Hence perception plays a major role in interviewing also.
