Make sure My places is empty :

Right click, Add folder :

Add a title “My life in London” : 

Add a title “My life in London” Add some text to explain what your tour is about. Choose OK when you have added text

Zoom in – don’t use search : 

Zoom in – don’t use search Get the place you want to find in the centre of the screen. Use Shift and the scroll wheel to tilt Here is the school near the centre of the screen.

Click on the yellow pushpin : 

Click on the yellow pushpin Add a Name for the place Then add some text – three or four lines, perhaps more. Choose OK.

Now search for another important place : 

Now search for another important place That means “important to you!” Get the place you want to find in the centre of the screen. Add a pushpin, give it a name and add some text – like before! And do it all again! Have you added three pushpins?

CHECK OUT YOUR PLACES : 

CHECK OUT YOUR PLACES Check you have the title – My Life in London three places below it in a line, just set in a bit to the right If not, drag the places so that they look like this

RIGHT CLICK ON MY LIFE IN LONDON : 

RIGHT CLICK ON MY LIFE IN LONDON It’s got to go blue Choose Save Place As…. And save your work in your N:\Mywork area

To make your tour run : 

To make your tour run Choose Tools  Options  Touring Set the tour to wait so that people can read your balloons

Now play your tour : 

Now play your tour You can also send someone else your tour!
