CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS: CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS The Job Costing system is designed as a powerful and flexible system that will cater for most organisations that plan both simple and complex Jobs entailing multiple transactions, stock items, human resources and dates CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS: CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS CDC can track customers, work orders, job costing, invoicing, quotes, preventative maintenance's, job site equipment, inventory by truck, employees (including call scheduling, time tracking) CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS: CDC BUSINESS SYSTEMS CDC can reduce office overhead and make techs more productive. For instance as soon as a service call is placed customer information will be entered, a workorder will be produced, and a workorder # is issued to that job. This number is used for everything for that job including parts purchases, and invoice #. Another way this will help you bill out all expenses is employees costs will be tracked directly on workorders, so when they clock in and out of a job you will know you are getting paid for it because the time is entered right on the workorder, so if they are getting paid you are too.
