Birth control shots (depo-provera) Birth control patches Nuva Rings IUDs Condoms A Little About Our Practitioner: : A Little About Our Practitioner: Our services are provided by a licensed advanced practice RN. Cathy Hartt, RN, MS, CNM, has been providing women’s health services for over 20 years in Montrose County. Cathy is a nationally certified nurse-midwife and women’s health practitioner. Cathy’s focus is in empowering and supporting women to make positive lifestyle choices. How Our Payment System Works: : How Our Payment System Works: We use a sliding fee scale to determine each client’s cost-for-services. Depending on income, services may be free or very low cost. We offer flexible payment plans! We do bill Medicaid, so if you have a valid Medicaid card, please bring it to your appointment with you. We appreciate donations from our clients to help us offset the costs of providing this service to the W End of Montrose County. About Our Office: : About Our Office: We are located at 851 Main Street in Nucla, Colorado. Our nurse practitioner is generally in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8-12 and 1-5.
