Which Meal Plan is Included? Meal plans are included in the total semester charges for all full-time undergraduates and all residential students . Meal plans are not included for part-time commuter students. Any student may participate in takeout program for $5 per semester. Dining Dollars vs. Meals:

Dining Dollars vs. Meals Dining Dollars Stored on your KSU ID and used to purchase food at campus eateries. Provides a savings of 6% at the register, as there ’ s no sales tax on meal plans. Account can easily be managed via our website, and funds can be deposited from anywhere. Roll from fall to spring; expire at the end of each spring semester. Summer DDs are separate and expire at the end of the summer. Meals Stored on your KSU ID and can be used only in The Commons. Account can easily be managed via our website; more meals can be purchased online as needed. Meals do not roll forward; any unused meals expire at the end of each semester.

Offers a B.S. in Culinary Sustainability & Hospitality Infuses sustainable business practices into all facets of culinary and hospitality management. Current and future courses include: World Cuisines and Culture Plant-Based Cuisine Strategic Management in Hospitality Sustainable Facilities Design and Management Organic Agriculture and Beginning Apiary
